To make the process smooth and fair, Choshmabazar.com allows cancellations under the following conditions.

আমরা বুঝি অনেক সময় গ্রাহকের অর্ডার বাতিল করার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
তাই প্রক্রিয়াটি সহজ ও ন্যায়সঙ্গত রাখতে Choshmabazar.com নিচের শর্ত অনুযায়ী অর্ডার বাতিলের সুযোগ দেয়।

2. When You Can Cancel | কখন অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে

• Orders can be canceled before confirmation by our representative or before courier dispatch.

• Once the order is handed over to the courier service, cancellation will not be accepted.

• Customers can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order is not shipped yet.

• আমাদের প্রতিনিধি কনফার্ম করার আগে বা কুরিয়ার পাঠানোর আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।

• একবার অর্ডার কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তর হলে অর্ডার বাতিল গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

• অর্ডার প্লেস করার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে, যদি কুরিয়ারে না দেওয়া হয়, তাহলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।

3. How to Cancel an Order | অর্ডার বাতিলের প্রক্রিয়া

বার্তায় আপনার অর্ডার আইডি ও বাতিলের কারণ উল্লেখ করুন।

4. Cancellation Charges | বাতিল সংক্রান্ত চার্জ

• If you cancel before courier confirmation, no charge will apply.

• If you cancel after courier confirmation, you must pay the delivery charge.

• For prepaid orders, the refund amount (excluding courier fee) will be processed within 3–5 working days.

• যদি কুরিয়ার কনফার্মের আগে বাতিল করেন, কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়।

• কুরিয়ার কনফার্মের পর বাতিল করলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

• প্রিপেইড অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার খরচ বাদে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে ৩–৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে।

5. Company Rights | কোম্পানির অধিকার

Choshmabazar.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical error.
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund without any deduction.

স্টক শেষ, ভুল মূল্য বা টেকনিক্যাল কারণে Choshmabazar.com নিজ উদ্যোগে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে।
এমন ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
